TERMS & CONDITIONS

INFINITI Conference is owned by Chevalier Conferences Ltd and INFINITI 2019 is organised by Full Repertoire Ltd. 

All prices quoted are in Euros (EUR). There is no reduction in registration fees for non-attendance of any portion of the full programme. 

PAYMENT TERMS: All invoices are due on presentation and should be paid within 10 working days of the invoice date. No conference place is guaranteed prior to actual receipt of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  

After 1 May 2019: No refunds available.

FORCE MAJEURE EVENT: “Force Majeure Event” shall mean an act of God including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, landslide, avalanche, wildfire, volcanic eruption, tornado, tsunami, windstorm, or other natural disaster; adverse weather conditions; terrorist activity; industrial or nuclear disaster; epidemics; act of any sovereign including but not limited to war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil strife, civil war, rebellion, revolution, riot, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, nationalisation, requisition, destruction or damage to property by or under the order of any government or public or local authority or imposition of government sanction embargo or similar action; law, judgment, order, decree, embargo, blockade, labour dispute including but not limited to strike, lockout or boycott; interruption or failure of utility service including but not limited to electric power, gas, water or telephone service or any other matter or cause beyond the control of Chevalier Conferences Ltd or Full Repertoire Ltd. 

In the event of a Force Majeure Event occurring which results in the cancellation or variation of the conference or event at the instigation of the hotel operator, Chevalier Conferences Ltd or Full Repertoire Ltd will use their reasonable endeavours to recover any monies paid out to the relevant third-party suppliers, and to the extent of such recovery, seek to refund any conference costs paid by any delegate where a suitable alternative venue, or alternative date, which the delegate is able to attend. For the avoidance of doubt, the obligation for Chevalier Conferences Ltd or Full Repertoire Ltd to use their reasonable endeavours shall not extend to having to undertake any litigation or recovery proceedings where, at the discretion of the organisers, it is not commercially viable or appropriate to do so. In the event of a Force Majeure Event occurring which results in the cancellation or variation of the conference or event other than at the instigation of the university, Chevalier Conferences Ltd or Full Repertoire Ltd shall have no liability to refund any conference or event costs paid by the delegate in circumstances where the suppliers, or otherwise, are unwilling to offer any refund for any reason whatsoever.

In either case, Chevalier Conferences Ltd or Full Repertoire Ltd shall have no liability to reimburse any delegate for any travel expenses, or other incidental costs, incurred by the delegate in the event of a Force Majeure Event occurring which results in the cancellation or variation of the conference or event which the delegate was scheduled to attend. genevents gmbh recommends that delegates take out appropriate insurance to cover this and other Force Majeure Event losses that may arise.

APPLICATION OF CONTRACT: The applicable agreement hereby created in respect of the registration for the conference or event, including the terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the subject matter or formation of the agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law and the delegate and Chevalier Conferences Ltd and Full Repertoire Ltd agree that the Courts of Switzerland in Zurich shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the agreement or its subject matter or formation.
